Description of changes:
This pull request contains a validation script that enables users to verify their datasets prior to creating a distillation on Amazon Bedrock. Currently, the script supports validating JSONL files and GZ files for invocation logs. The script will not support validating invocation logs with filters or invalid model tags for regular JSONL files with this commit.
